    Last visit gave the place 2 star.  Dirty napkin, table, and a waitress with no customer service skill.  Just perky and nice.  This visit OUTSANDING.  Steaks cooked perfect.   Waitress seem to be on their game.   Courteous and hospitable.  Texas roadhouse is like it use to be keep it up.

    All, I was craving a Texas Roadhouse steak. I only love  TexasRoadHouse when this tall black chef works. You get the best seasoned and I mean best seasoned tender steaks when he's there. When I go their location, I look in the kitchen area to see if he's there. If not, out the door I go.

    This time I ordered online. Big huge mistake. I opened up my box and there was this beautiful steak. I cut into it not as tender but ok. I taste it and it had absolutely no flavor. So disappointing. Guys, you know what that meant. My favorite chef wasn't there that day. It just messed up the entire meal and my cravings went south. I was so disheartened that I didn't eat the meat which ruin what would have been a delightful meal. At least, I enjoyed the veggies.

    Typically I have good experiences at Texas Roadhouse. This time around I was seated by a very friendly hostess then waited **10 minutes** before my waitress came to my table.  I don't consider myself picky, but 10 minutes is a long time for a weeknight when it's not busy.  She said she was in the back doing her "side work." It was frustrating nonetheless.

    Food was great!!! I have eaten at this location many times and the food quality and taste have always great and cooked as ordered. Service is fair a little slow this time but the server was pleasant.

    I had a terrible waiter I think his name was austin or something. He was very rude and I could see him harassing the other female employees.
